Job summary

This permanent, on-site role collaborates with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate budgeting, risk analysis, and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator or similar role.
• Experience preparing estimates for diverse projects including healthcare, education, and government.
• Strong knowledge of materials, processes, and equipment used in construction.
• Proficiency with cost estimation and project management software.
