The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 5 years of construction estimating experience, with proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Excel. Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are essential for success.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
• Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Develop project budgets and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize industry-standard software tools to streamline the estimating process and improve accuracy.
• Maintain and utilize cost history to inform scope, pricing, and productivity.
