Job summary

Proficiency in ProEst or Bluebeam and strong communication, organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Estimator on education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials and estimating techniques.
• Proficiency with estimating software such as ProEst, Bluebeam or equivalent.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from conceptual through final design.
• Analyze blueprints, project plans and specifications to develop precise bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to ensure all cost factors are accounted for.
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate to secure best value.
• Monitor and update cost databases, market trends and project requirements.
