Responsibilities

• Review owner plans and specifications to understand project scope and requirements.
• Develop construction plans to support the estimating process.
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs where required.
• Identify and resolve issues relating to bids, design, pricing, rates and schedules.
• Present and reconcile estimates with internal teams and clients.
• Develop preliminary project schedules.
