Job summary

Obex. in Texas is seeking an Estimator II to join our construction team.

You will review owner plans and specifications, develop construction plans to support estimating, and prepare detailed quantity take-offs to support bids. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of estimating/construction experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and reconcile estimates with internal teams and clients.

• Develop preliminary project schedules.
