About The Role
CME is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator with seven+ years’ experience in the construction industry. This highly motivated team member will contribute to a growing organization by providing exceptional customer service and maintain accurate and dependable job management. Excelling writing, organization and computer skills are required. A successful candidate will be comfortable working independently and with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced office environment. The Senior Construction Estimator position is accountable for preparing detailed estimates and proposals for hard bid and negotiated projects ranging from ($500K to $30MM) across multiple markets, and may include conceptual, schematic, design development as well as construction document estimates.

Minimum Education | Bachelor’s Degree (BS or BA) from a four-year college or university majoring in construction management
