Qualifications

• More than five years' experience in sales or sales management.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills required.
• Experience with inventory control and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of construction sales and assist VP.
• Develop and implement marketing plan and sales forecasts.
• Prepare and manage budgets for the sales department.
• Direct the development of construction sales policies.
• Travel required for training and assisting at other locations.

Skills

Ability to positively motivate and manage others

Strong knowledge of construction industry

Experience in inventory control, forecasting, ordering

Strong computer skills

Excellent customer relations and communication skills

Ability to drive and valid driver's license

Education

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
