You will support project controls, scheduling, and field engineering to ensure quality and cost effectiveness, while mentoring junior staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years of construction experience, with proficiency in MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, and Primavera.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years in construction estimating support, engineering, or field roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, AGTEK Take-off, and Primavera Scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Manage job controls to ensure contract, budget, schedule, forecasting and job costing.
• Develop and maintain project schedule to ensure on-time and under-budget delivery.
• Oversee project engineering assignments to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Provide technical support in construction planning, quality control, design interpretation, and constructability reviews.
• Represent company in client and project management meetings to ensure effective communication.
• Develop and maintain all job reporting and logs to ensure project compliance.
• Supervise, direct, and mentor project staff to meet standards.
