Job summary

You will forecast budgets, manage schedules, and support project delivery across diverse facilities, including data centers and commercial environments, contributing to HDR's legacy of engineering excellence and client value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
10 years of construction-related experience in estimating, bidding, scheduling, and field engineering.
PE license recognized by licensing board (e.g., PE).
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bluebeam, estimating & scheduling software, and web-based document collaboration software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with diverse teams.
Active participation in employee-owned culture is expected.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering expertise and management oversight for development and construction of various quality projects.
Prepare project budgets and schedules.
Manage personnel matters, workload, and consultant contracts; promote best engineering practices for delivery.
Plan, prepare and analyze documents; manage construction contracts.
Forecast and track fiscal budget and cash flow for workforce, facilities, and equipment.
Assist crafts, disciplines, and subcontractors in executing their work.
Coordinate and manage QA/QC, inspection services, and surveys/layouts in the field.
Perform other duties as needed.
