Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
• At least 10 years progressive construction experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Fundamental understanding of contracts and codes governing construction.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specs and find discrepancies.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings and specs; identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate daily records of field activities, labor, equipment and materials.
• Review materials for contract compliance and track quantities.
• Develop pay estimates and attend progress meetings.
• Observe installation and acceptance testing of equipment and systems.
• Develop punch lists and assist with project closeout.
