Job summary

You will lead budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and subcontractors, while mentoring teams and ensuring safety and quality across multiple sites. A PE license and extensive field experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 10 years of related construction experience including estimating, bidding, preparing purchase orders and subcontracts, scheduling and field engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the local licensing board.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, estimating & scheduling software and web-based collaboration tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and commitment to employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site construction observation, documentation, quality oversight, and coordination to ensure projects are built per contract documents, plans, specifications and standards.
• Prepare project budgets and schedules.
• Manage personnel matters, workload, and contracts to support client delivery.
• Coordinate and manage project quality assurance, control, survey and layout work.
• Perform other duties as needed.
