MBP is seeking a Consultant for Construction Delay Claims to support disputes and investigations. The role involves analyzing construction schedules, reviewing project documentation, and assisting with contractor claims and expert reports.

Travel to MBP offices and client locations may be required. The position requires 0 to 3 years of experience in construction, office management, or claims consulting, with a degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and progress toward

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil eng, construction management, or equivalent
• P.E. license or related certification preferred
• Experience with construction delay/claims analysis is valued

Responsibilities

• Review project documentation and analyze schedule to support experts
• Assist with development of contractor claims and time extension requests
• Support preparation of expert reports and exhibits for hearings
• Coordinate with attorneys and construction personnel
• Travel to MBP offices and client locations as needed
