The role involves advising on the full life cycle of construction projects, managing disputes, procurement issues, and risk strategies for both public and private works, with hybrid or remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong construction law experience across litigation, counseling, contracts, or a blend.
• Experience with public works, procurement, bidding, licensing, surety, or related regulatory issues.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a senior team.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the full life cycle of construction projects from contract preparation through closeout and dispute resolution.
• Handle disputes including delays, disruption, change orders, payment issues, and design-related claims.
• Involve in mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
• Guide risk management and claims strategy; advise on procurement-related issues.
