The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction law experience, a JD, and proven ability to negotiate large-scale agreements, advise cross-functional teams, and work with international colleagues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional legal experience, with construction industry focus.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts.
• Knowledge of construction law, commercial agreements, claims, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial and construction contracts.
• Provide legal guidance throughout major construction projects.
• Manage disputes, claims, and insurance matters; draft change orders and related terms.
• Develop contracting and compliance guidelines; draft general terms and other agreements.
• Collaborate with international legal team and provide cross-jurisdiction support.
