Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Bar admission in at least one state.
• At least 7 years of experience in a combination of law firm and in-house legal department focusing on construction law.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate and document sophisticated construction contracts and change orders.
• Advise management on contract terms and risk while preserving relationships with customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop and implement best practices for contract risk review and project execution.
