Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance.
• 5+ years in progressive accounting roles including Controller/Accounting Manager.
• Construction industry experience.
• Experience with WIP, job costing and percentage-of-completion.
• Strong Excel and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end and year-end close and GAAP reporting.
• Manage job costing, budgets and project profitability.
• Supervise WIP schedules and revenue recognition.
• Oversee cash flow, AR/AP, billing and retainage.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance.
• Lead accounting team and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
• Improve financial systems and reporting tools.
