Job summary

Colvin Resources Group seeks an experienced Contract Manager to join its growing in-house legal team in a hybrid role based near Dallas–Fort Worth. You will process standard construction agreements, review negotiated contracts, and own the contract tracking log while supporting attorneys handling construction and procurement work.

You will maintain templates, assist with POs and change orders, and help improve contract language and processes, working with counsel on complex matters.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years negotiating construction-related agreements.
• Solid grasp of contract language, risk, and negotiation.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process standard agreements following templates and perform first review of negotiated contracts.
• Own contract tracking log, maintain templates, and handle administrative tasks.
• Provide contract and legal operations support to attorneys on construction and procurement work.
• Coordinate with attorneys and project teams to understand contracts and issues.
• Escalate risks to counsel and keep negotiation guides current.
