Qualifikationen

• 3–7 years of experience in contract administration and project coordination.
• Experience in commercial construction or manufacturing project administration.
• Understanding of construction contracts, change orders, and contract compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CMiC or ERP and document management systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage the full lifecycle of prime contracts, subcontracts, and service contracts.
• Coordinate project startup, kickoff, and turnover; ensure key contractual requirements are understood.
• Monitor and manage compliance with insurance, bonding, licensing, safety, quality, and customer obligations.
• Serve as the primary administrative liaison across Operations, PM, Estimating, Accounting, Procurement, Engineering, and Safety.
