Job summary

NPK in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the full lifecycle of complex commercial and construction contracts. You will ensure compliance with legal standards, company policies, and project requirements, acting as a liaison among internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires a strong grasp of contract law, negotiation strategies, and risk management. You will draft and review contracts, support negotiations, monitor obligations, and train project teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–8+ years of contracts administration experience in energy, construction, or infrastructure.
• Experience with dispute resolution, claims management, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer NDA, T&Cs, amendments, and MSAs.
• Support negotiations by analyzing terms and strategies.
• Oversee contract obligations, milestones, and deliverables.
• Prepare notices, amendments, change orders, and contractor inquiries.
• Provide guidance on terms, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain contract records and dashboards using SharePoint.
• Collaborate with legal, risk, insurance, and tax teams.
• Attend project meetings and assist with claims management.
