Advanced Energy in Denver seeks a Construction Project Coordinator to lead major facilities projects, improve production layout, and upgrade infrastructure. The role emphasizes managing utility systems for efficiency, reliability, and maintainability while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

You will coordinate with Facilities Operations, pursue bids, create designs and drawings, and supervise contractor activities to meet safety and timelines.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; licensed engineer (PRC Board Passer required).
• At least 7 years of facilities engineering experience in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Experience in facilities management, engineering projects, or construction project execution.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes including scope, cost, scheduling, and close-out.
• Ability to read engineering design plans, technical drawings and calculations.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance for facilities and construction projects.
• Experience in contract preparation, bid evaluation, and contractor management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical reporting skills.
• Proficiency in budgeting, financial tracking and documentation management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage facilities and plant management projects across all phases: Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Close-Out.
• Develop complete project documentation including Scope of Works, cost estimates, schedules, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate engineering projects with Facilities Operations to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient execution.
• Prepare, evaluate, and recommend bids, contracts, and proposals for equipment upgrades and construction works.
• Create design plans, technical calculations, and construction drawings required for project implementation.
• Lead and Initiate project coordination meetings with internal customers which includes manufacturing stakeholders, support teams such as purchasing, finance, EHS, IT etc.
• Facilitate, liaison (as needed) and coordinate meetings with external organizations which includes PEZA, DOLE, Meralco, LTI and other external government units for the processing/coordination of regulatory permits related to projects.
• Oversee contractor activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
• Manage project budgets, validate progress billings, handle financial reporting, and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and recommendations to support management decisions
