Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an experienced claims professional for its Complex Construction Claims Team. You will own high-exposure CGL and Construction Liability matters end-to-end, directing investigations, coordinating with outside counsel, experts, and teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience handling complex litigated CGL and Construction Liability claims at high exposure.
• Deep knowledge of CGL and Construction Liability coverages and policy issues.
• Proven litigation management: selecting defense counsel and discovery strategy.
• Strong technical judgment to defend coverage positions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain All-lines Adjuster license.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of complex, litigated losses from assignment to resolution.
• Lead coverage interpretation on insureds, tenders, indemnity, primary vs. excess placement.
• Direct litigation strategy: pleadings, discovery, mediation, trial prep.
• Coordinate internal and external teams and experts.
• Select and supervise outside counsel; manage budgets and billing.
• Set reserves based on defensible analysis and settlements.
• Document files and protect information; collaborate with underwriting and risk control.
• Mentor peers and contribute to process improvements.
