Qualifications

• Experience managing complex construction-related claims.
• Strong knowledge of builders' risk, construction defect, and multi-layer insurance programs.
• Ability to guide defense counsel and manage litigation strategy.
• Proven negotiation and coverage evaluation skills.
• Ability to advise project leadership and safety teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex construction-related claims from inception to resolution.
• Oversee litigation strategy, counsel selection, discovery, and mediation.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and coverage to develop defensible resolutions.
• Coordinate with owners, insurers, TPAs, and defense counsel.
• Partner with the Regional Director of Claims on strategy and escalation.
• Mentor Claims Analysts and collaborate with Risk, Safety, Legal, and Operations teams.
