TSIB is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to support complex construction-related claims for Turner Construction, the largest commercial contractor in the United States, and other key clients across the Midwest- Western Region. This is a front-line, hands-on role responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of construction general liability, construction defect, builders' risk, and property damage claims, with a strong emphasis on labor law, litigation management, claim strategy, and stakeholder partnership. The role requires sound technical judgment, the ability to influence outcomes across carriers and counsel, and the credibility to serve as a trusted subject-matter expert to project leadership and Safety teams. The Claims Manager works closely with the Director of Risk Strategy and serves as a strategic claims partner to Turner Risk Management, project teams, Safety, and insurer partners.
