Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a senior leader to guide the Construction & Infrastructure Claims Team in North America. You will drive day-to-day direction, elevate service standards, and coordinate with executives, clients, and carriers on complex claims across multiple lines of coverage.

The role requires deep construction claims knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor Account Executives, SMEs, and claim analysts to deliver exceptional client service and results.

• Proven project management and time-management capabilities.
• Expertise in construction claims, coverage interpretation, and risk transfer concepts.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the Construction & Infrastructure Claims Team.
• Mentor and develop Account Executives, SMEs, and claim analysts.
• Lead claims strategy and coverage advocacy for complex portfolios.
• Coordinate with clients, carriers, TPAs, and defense counsel to align service delivery.
• Oversee large loss monitoring, reserve management, and risk reporting.
• Present claims capabilities and stewardship outcomes at client meetings.
