NFP, an Aon company, is a leading provider of risk management and employee benefits solutions. The Senior Account Executive will manage a construction-focused commercial insurance book, developing relationships with clients and carriers, preparing proposals, and overseeing renewals for contractors, developers, and other construction clients.

This role emphasizes accurate exposure data, market-informed pricing, and proactive client service, with a hybrid work schedule and multiple NY/CT metro

Formación

• Typically, more than 5 years of Commercial Lines experience with exposure to middle-market accounts.
• Experience servicing construction-related clients including contractors and developers is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; EPIC or other CRM experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate terms, coverage limits, and pricing with carriers and wholesalers.
• Coordinate with Claims Department on relevant client claims.
• Prepare client proposals from carrier quotes, highlighting coverage terms and pricing.
• Obtain and maintain accurate exposure information (payroll, sales, subcontractor costs, driver info, forms, endorsements).
• Maintain a diary to ensure documents are received and processed per client requests.
• May supervise Coordinators and Account Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients; keep clients informed about market trends and regulatory issues.
