Job summary

MBP is seeking a Construction Claims Analyst/Lead Construction Claims Analyst to support complex delay, productivity, and cost-impacts analyses across multiple MBP offices, including Tampa, Raleigh, and DC areas.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in scheduling software (Oracle P6) and familiarity with Microsoft Project or Phoenix Project Manager, plus ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and draft expert reports.

Qualifications

• Experience developing/reviewing construction claims related to delay, productivity, and cost impacts.
• Experience drafting expert reports and exhibits.
• Proficient in Oracle P6; Microsoft Project experience preferred.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to read/understand construction plans and specifications.
• Occasional travel may be required.

• Performs review and analysis of construction claims.
• Assists with development of contractor claims.
• Develops and/or reviews time extension requests.
• Assists with development of expert reports and exhibits.
