MGAC is seeking a seasoned project/program manager to lead high-value luxury single-family residential projects from inception to completion in Dallas. You will mentor teams, manage executive relationships, and drive financial performance across budgets, forecasts, and reports.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of complex program management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with PM tools (Procore, MS Project) to ensure risk management, quality, and contract governance.

Formación

• Degree in related field preferred.
• 10+ years in PM with complex developments.
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead luxury single-family residential projects from inception to completion.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to project teams.
• Act as primary client liaison with executive relationships.
• Drive budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
• Shape strategy, planning, procurement, and value engineering.
• Review key contracts and resolve disputes.
