AMJH Build in Dallas seeks a senior construction manager to run luxury residential builds from permit to closeout. You will deliver end-to-end projects on time and on budget, ensuring premium finishes for discerning buyers.

You will own schedules in Excel, coordinate trades, manage cost in the field, and liaise with city inspectors to meet Dallas requirements. This role requires leadership across multiple Dallas projects.

• Deliver large luxury builds end to end on time and on budget.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules in Excel.
• Read plans fluently and catch issues before they cost money.
• Coordinate subcontractors and city permitting requirements.
