Job summary

CUBE 3, a leading architecture and design firm based in Massachusetts, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Construction Administration for large-scale projects. You will coordinate with the Studio Leader, Architect of Record, and QAQC to ensure on-site excellence and client satisfaction.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and building-code knowledge are essential. Responsibilities include reviewing shop drawings, managing change orders, and mentoring staff in CA practices across

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years related experience in architecture and/or construction
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Delivered at least three large ground-up buildings in Construction Administration
• Strong understanding of local State and Municipal Building Codes
• Experience managing large-scale construction projects and their clients

Responsibilities

• Deliver multiple projects in Construction Administration with minimal oversight
• Maintains ongoing, positive client relationships and coordinates with Architect of Record and QAQC
• Attend weekly or bi-weekly Owner-Architect-Contractor meetings, review shop drawings, field observations, and change orders
• Ensure CA activities emphasize efficiency, quality assurance, and code compliance
• Collaborate with Owners and contractors to solve problems quickly
• Provide periodic briefings to Studio Leaders on needs, costs and recommendations
• Manage CA projects utilizing CUBE 3 PART3 CA Software
