Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Constructability Specialist to be based at one of our regional offices. You will lead constructability reviews, ensure electrical designs are practical and field-ready, and serve as a SME bridging VDC, engineering, prefabrication and operations.

The ideal candidate has extensive field electrical experience, strong NEC knowledge, and proficiency with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Revit and AutoCAD, with a proven track record of improving safety and cost-efficiency

Qualifications

• Electrical construction field experience required (12+ years).
• Advanced proficiency with Navisworks and BIM tools.
• Deep knowledge of NEC and constructability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews on high-complexity projects.
• Develop redlines, initial layouts, and field-driven design changes.
• Influence design decisions with field insights to improve safety and cost.
• Establish constructability standards and review workflows across teams.
• Collaborate with prefabrication to identify prefab opportunities.
