ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Constructability Specialist. Based at our regional offices, you will lead constructability reviews, align design with field readiness, and mentor teams while collaborating with VDC, engineering, and operations.

Your expertise in NEC, prefabrication, and modular methods will drive safe, efficient project execution. You will utilize tools like Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, and AutoCAD to improve model quality, coordinate across disciplines, and implement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 years of field electrician experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, building systems, and constructability best practices.
• Experience leading constructability efforts on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads constructability reviews for high-complexity projects and resolves coordination challenges early in design.
• Reviews redlines, initial layouts, and field-driven design changes to support coordination.
• Influences design decisions with field-driven insights to improve safety, efficiency, and cost.
• Establishes constructability standards and standard workflows across teams.
• Mentors junior constructability specialists and shares best practices.
