Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Constructability Specialist to lead constructability reviews and ensure field-ready electrical designs across complex projects. You will serve as an SME, integrating field knowledge with digital tools to optimize design, prefabrication, and construction readiness.

You will connect VDC, engineering, prefabrication, and operations, mentor teammates, and drive Lean practices while upholding safety and regulatory standards on regional job sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 12 years of field experience as an electrician in electrical construction.
• Advanced proficiency with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and other construction technologies. Familiarity with Revit a plus.
• Deep knowledge of NEC, building systems, and constructability best practices.
• Experience leading constructability efforts on large-scale projects and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Leads constructability reviews for high-complexity projects.
• Develops and reviews redlines, initial layouts, and field-driven design changes.
• Influences design decisions with field-driven insights to improve safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Establishes constructability standards and reviews workflows across teams.
• Partners with prefabrication teams to identify opportunities and validate prefab designs.
