ArchKey Solutions seeks a Senior Constructability Specialist to lead constructability reviews, optimize designs for field-readiness, and collaborate with VDC, engineering, and operations teams across regional offices.

The role emphasizes mentorship, LEAN principles, and the adoption of modular construction practices to enhance safety, efficiency, and project outcomes. Requires extensive field experience and NEC knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 12 years of field experience as an electrician in electrical construction (Foreman/Superintendent or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency with Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Bluebeam, AutoCAD; Revit a plus.
• Deep knowledge of the NEC, building systems, and constructability best practices.
• Experience influencing design outcomes and leading constructability efforts on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Leads constructability reviews for high-complexity projects and resolves coordination challenges early in design.
• Reviews redlines, initial layouts, and field-driven design changes to support coordination.
• Influences design decisions with field-driven insights to improve safety and cost-effectiveness.
• Establishes constructability standards and reviews workflows for consistency across teams.
• Partners with prefabrication teams to identify opportunities and validate prefab designs.
