Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Safety or related field with 6+ years in transmission/distribution construction.
• ABET accredited degree pathways or equivalent experience are accepted at higher levels.
• Ability to read one-line diagrams and conductors’ layouts with risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability scoping and sequencing early in projects.
• Coordinate outage planning, material flow, and access strategies.
• Provide field oversight for safe, high-quality construction execution.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to align schedules and activities.
