Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Safety or related field and six (6) years of experience in transmission/line construction.
• ABET-accredited Associate degree and eight (8) years of similar experience.
• High school diploma with a minimum of ten (10) years direct field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability efforts and define construction sequencing early in projects.
• Coordinate outages, access constraints, and material flow for critical paths.
• Interpret transmission plans, one-line diagrams, and staking sheets.
• Mentor junior personnel and drive safety and quality in field execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules and delivery.
