Job summary

TechDoQuest is seeking a Test Manager for connected automotive engineering in Texas. You will define program-level test strategies, own test planning, and ensure traceability from requirements to release across automotive platforms.

You will lead onsite-offshore teams, drive CI/CD automation, and report quality status to stakeholders. The role requires expertise in CAN/J1939, OTA, cloud services, and testing across UI, API, mobile, and embedded systems.

Qualifications

Experience defining program-level test strategies and KPIs.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional testing from requirements to release.
Strong knowledge of automotive connected systems and QA processes.

Responsibilities

Define and implement program-level test strategies, quality standards, KPIs, and release-readiness criteria.
Own test planning, estimation, resource allocation, execution governance, and quality reporting.
Establish traceability from requirements through test coverage, defects, and acceptance.
Coordinate validation across connected vehicle platforms, OTA updates, and cloud services.
Lead test delivery management across functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT activities.
Drive automation roadmaps and integrate validation into CI/CD pipelines.
Lead onsite-offshore test teams and mentor Test Leads and Engineers.
Present quality status and release recommendations in governance reviews.
