- Oversee functional, integration, system, regression, end-to-end, performance, security, and UAT activities.
- Drive defect triage, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and defect-leakage reduction.
- Maintain test plans, traceability matrices, quality dashboards, risk logs, and release recommendations.
Automation and DevOps
- Define automation and continuous-testing roadmaps across UI, API, mobile, cloud, and embedded interfaces.
- Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines and promote shift-left quality engineering.
- Track automation effectiveness, execution stability, reusable assets, and maintenance needs.
Stakeholder and Team Leadership
- Act as the primary quality contact for customer, product, program, architecture, development, and DevOps stakeholders.
- Lead onsite-offshore test teams and mentor Test Leads, Automation Architects, and Test Engineers.
- Present quality status, risks, dependencies, and release recommendations in governance and executive reviews.
- Support solutioning, estimations, proposals, audits, capability building, and continuous improvement.
