The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering to move concepts to market, driver of VOC-driven opportunities, and leadership across cross-functional teams in a hybrid Park City/Heber City, UT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field.
• 10+ years in upstream product management or related roles.
• Strong technical background in connected hardware, firmware and software.
• Experience translating VOC into product requirements and tradeoffs.
• Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into customer value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Develop product strategy for hardware, firmware, and connected software.
• Identify market opportunities through VOC research, field engagement, and competitive analysis.
• Partner with engineering to define product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
• Build business cases to guide product investment decisions.
• Lead products from concept through commercialization.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and successful product launches.
• Collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver customer solutions.
