Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive mechanical/electro-mechanical NPD experience.
• Experience leading mechanical product development from concept through production.
• Hands-on design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting of electromechanical systems.
• Experience with DFx, design reviews, RCCA, FMEA.
• Strong communication and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the technical development of new connected products from concept through production launch.
• Define product architecture and technical direction.
• Hands-on prototyping, analysis, troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, firmware, and test engineers.
• Develop validation strategies and oversee testing.
• Collaborate with product, project managers, suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Drive design reviews and implement structured problem solving.
• Protect innovation via patent development.
