Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a Senior New Product Development Conjugation Scientist in St. Louis, MO to lead innovative conjugation technology development for diagnostics.

You will work with Process Development, Manufacturing, QC, and Regulatory to drive design, optimization, and risk assessment of conjugation workflows, with emphasis on antibodies. The role offers competitive compensation and benefits, and growth opportunities in a dynamic biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Chemical Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years in conjugation science, process development, and optimization.
• Experience with monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies, stoichiometry, and reaction kinetics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of new conjugation technologies focusing on antibodies.
• Apply stoichiometry and kinetics to improve processes and develop solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PD, Manufacturing, QC, and Regulatory.
• Provide guidance post-conjugation including purification, characterization, stability studies.
• Analyze process data, identify trends, implement improvements to increase yield.
• Prepare technical documents and regulatory filings.
