Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a CMM Lead who will partner with internal stakeholders to plan and execute congresses, HCP meetings, and incentive trips. Based in Ridgefield, CT, the role combines strategic oversight with cost-efficient, compliant execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, and drive process improvements, balancing business objectives with attendee experience across Tier 1 programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in healthcare congresses, meetings, or incentive trip planning.
• Experience leading strategic planning, execution and optimization of events.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management; data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic congress, meeting and event plans aligned with business goals.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in formats, content and delivery.
• Benchmark industry trends to inform best practices for healthcare events.
• Use data to demonstrate impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage external suppliers and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act, PhRMA code and internal SOPs.
