Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a CMM Lead based on-site in Ridgefield, CT with hybrid flexibility. This role partners with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to plan and manage congresses, meetings and incentive trips, ensuring value, cost efficiency, and compliant execution.

The role requires a track record in strategic congress planning, data-driven decision making, and excellence in communication and leadership across cross-functional teams. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare congresses, meetings, or incentive trip planning.
• Experience with HCP and Patient Engagement Meetings.
• Knowledge of federal and state healthcare laws.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and optimize supplier relationships.
• Hands-on with virtual meeting platforms and digital tools.
• Role based in Ridgefield, CT with 2-3 days on-site and travel up to 50%.

• Develop strategic congress, meeting and event plans aligned with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in meeting formats and delivery.
• Conduct industry research and benchmarking for best practices.
• Use data to demonstrate impact of CMM activities and support recommendations.
• Serve as primary liaison to leadership and stakeholders on CMM matters.
• Oversee external suppliers and ensure SLAs and SOPs are followed.
• Collaborate with Sourcing on contracts and supplier relationships.
• Drive cost savings and strategic engagement with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with Sunshine Act, PhRMA code and company policies.
