Qualifications

• Experience leading complex software builds and releases across multiple environments.
• Proven ability to work in regulated or federal settings and produce compliant deliverables.
• Deep knowledge of software configuration management and release engineering.
• Broad understanding of development, QA, DevOps and systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate software configuration management activities for internal and COTS products.
• Develop, automate, and maintain CM tools to improve build quality and reproducibility.
• Design build procedures and establish software configuration standards for the organization.
• Train developers in CM tools and quality practices and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure repeatable, compliant build and deployment processes across projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and mentor junior staff.
