Job Description: Our work depends on a Senior Configuration Analyst joining our team to support our Healthcare Integrated General Ledger Accounting System (HIGLAS) program with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).

As the Senior Configuration Analyst, you will join a team of Configuration Analysts and Configuration Management (CM) Tool SME(s) to ensure application-centric deployments using appropriate software versions are successfully executed across multiple environments while adhering to ITIL processes and SLAs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Completing deployment requests across products and environments within an Agile/DevOps program.
2. Partnering with stakeholders to evaluate and support deployments, methods, and validations.
3. Providing SME expertise for applications and tools supporting the CM process.
4. Training teams on configuration management, version control, and deployment tools.
5. Ensuring security and audit controls are maintained.
6. Executing application-centric deployments adhering to ITIL and SLAs.
7. Supporting emergency changes and weekend deployments.
8. Maintaining deployment inventories and preparing comparison reports.
9. Participating in Technical Operations and CCB meetings.
10. Creating process documents and SOPs.
11. Supporting version control of deliverables and status reporting.
12. Providing support during evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA and 3+ years’ experience in a similar environment or equivalent education and experience.
• Hands-on experience with Configuration Management and version control tools.
• Experience operating within an ITIL/ITSM framework.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Oracle EBS, UFT/QTP, FlexDeploy, ServiceNow, GitLab, CMMI, and experience in Federal O&M environments.
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher) is a plus.

Location: Remote

Clearance: Ability to pass CMS background check and meet residency requirements.

Salary Range: $87,550 - $118,450, depending on experience and location.

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week, with support for evenings and weekends as needed.
