Job summary

Remington Hotels is seeking a Conference Services Manager to oversee planning and execution of conferences, meetings, and events, acting as the liaison between clients and hotel departments. You will manage timelines, BEOs, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless guest experiences.

Responsibilities include client communication, internal coordination with Banquets, Kitchen, AV, and Front Office, plus post-event follow-up and billing support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel conference sales or related industry.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Client communication and needs assessment; coordinating with clients and sending timelines.
• Prepare BEOs and event resumes; finalize timelines, room setup, AV, menus, and guest counts.
• Coordinate with Banquets, Kitchen, AV, Housekeeping, Accounting and Front Office.
• Conduct onsite management: greet clients, monitor progress, address issues, ensure contracted elements are delivered.
• Post-event follow-up, address feedback, and assist with billing.
