You will negotiate contracts, plan event details, and coordinate conferences and social groups, serving as the primary liaison between clients and hotel staff.

The role requires strong sales and hospitality skills, with fluency in English and travel ability as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year sales experience in a similar operation.
• Prior four-star hotel brand experience preferred.
• Degree in hospitality management preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, negotiate and confirm new and repeat business to maximize revenue.
• Plan and coordinate function details with clients including space, times, equipment, menus, billing.
• Prepare and execute sales/catering contracts and group resumes.
• Develop and implement creative sales strategies based on market trends.
• Maintain accurate records and client communications.
• Attend meetings, trade shows, and industry events to raise visibility.
