Job summary

One10 is seeking an experienced Meeting/Event Manager to lead the delivery of large, complex meetings and events. You will own project delivery, manage budgets and timelines, coordinate with clients, sales teams, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure successful outcomes.

The role requires 6+ years in Event Management, a 4-year degree, and strong Microsoft Office and project management skills. Travel to client sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience; travel/tourism emphasis preferred.
• 6+ years of Meeting/Event Management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong project management and financial acumen; ability to multitask and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage delivery elements for client projects from scope to completion.
• Lead internal and external meetings/calls and guide event teams.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, food & beverage, space, AV, and decor.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors; ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Provide project debrief notes and stakeholder updates post-project.
