Job summary

Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Condo Maintenance Technician Level 3 to support Copper Mountain Lodging Services. This year-round, full-time role tackles preventative maintenance and guest-ready repairs in managed condominiums.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, coordinating with the office via ALICE, and completing tasks across heating, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
• Valid US Driver’s License required.
• Must be a team player and able to lead/mentor others.
• Comfort with computers and basic job-related software (Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance in Copper CMLS managed condos and renovations.
• Communicate job status via ALICE app to the Coordinator.
• Troubleshoot and repair fireplaces, heating, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures as needed.
• Stock and prepare your work vehicle with required tools and parts.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with company policies.
