Job summary

Copper Mountain Lodging Services is seeking a Condo Maintenance Technician Level 3 to maintain and repair condominiums at Copper Mountain Resort in Colorado. You will work with the maintenance team, log issues via the ALICE app, and provide guest-ready service across condo units.

Ideal candidates have basic maintenance experience, can lift 50 lbs, hold a valid US driver’s license, and project a professional image. Employee housing is available and a season pass is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of basic maintenance experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Criminal background check will be conducted after position is accepted.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance in Copper CMLS managed condos and condominiums.
• Communicate with the office via the ALICE app and log issue resolutions.
• Troubleshoot and repair fireplaces, heating, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Stock and manage supplies for jobs and ensure a safe work area.
