POWDR-Copper Mountain, LLC is seeking a Condo Maintenance Technician Level 3 to maintain Copper Mountain Lodging Services managed condominiums and support guests and owners. The role includes responsive issue resolution and coordinating with the office using the ALICE app.

The position requires hands-on maintenance, comfortable operation of power tools, and a readiness to handle varied tasks, while upholding safety and guest experience standards at Copper Mountain Resort.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance in Copper CMLS managed condos, condominiums.
• Correspond with the Coordinator (office) using the ALICE app for communication of jobs. Take detailed notes on the issue and resolution when responding to a call.
• Work independently to troubleshoot and resolve issues requiring general maintenance and repair including fireplaces, heating, plumbing, electrical updates, and related systems.
• Operate a variety of tools and equipment to perform repairs and maintenance.
• Participate in special events and projects; maintain a safe work area and adapt to management needs.
